I recently stayed at the Westin Jersey City and had the pleasure of experiencing their newly renovated junior suite. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's modern and elegant design. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The junior suite was nothing short of spectacular. The renovation has truly elevated the space, with stylish decor, comfortable furnishings, and all the modern amenities one could need. The room was spacious and impeccably
We had a wonderful stay! The area is clean, walkable, and easy to explore. The hotel offers great views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and helpful?especially Delanie, who welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Her kindness truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! Thank you
Pros: Location - It is extremely easy to get to the river, Path station, mall, a variety of restaurants and convenience stores, and other spots around Newark. Service - Absolutely amazing. Fire&Oak is located on the first floor and is also the venue used for room service (which is spectacular, by the way). There is a bar downstairs that is open until 10:30/11. You can order room service from the bar as well. It is currently May 2025, and the hotel is going through upgrades and uplifts. New flooring, tvs,
Loved staying here for my New York trip. It was so convenient just a 3 minute walk to get on the PATH into the city. Customer service was really good. The room was very spacious and clean. Also got tot taste the restaurant downstairs on the last day. Just the perfect food to eat on the morning of departure. Thank you for such a great experience.
First and last time staying at a Westin hotel. Front desk just took the reservation. Didn't even explain where to pick up food delivery orders, where the pool was, how to get Wifi, etc. The Best Western and Super 8 had better front desk staff than the Westin, so it isn't an issue of you get what you pay for. If I would have know about that, I could have stayed at the Hampton Inn for much less. Other than that, hotel has this smell. I can't describe it, but I've smelled hospitals and nursing homes that smelle
This hotel is nowhere near 4-star quality. The experience was riddled with unacceptable issues, and the staff?s attitude made everything worse. 1. The in-room locker was broken, and when we contacted the concierge for assistance, they were completely indifferent and made no effort to help. The lack of basic hospitality was astonishing. 2. Housekeeping repeatedly failed to restock water bottles ? a simple, standard service. When we contacted the front desk to request them, they flat-out refused. This happene
The hotel is kept neat and organized. The room was of perfect size for me and my wife. Location was perfect. It is close to a PATH station which makes getting into NY easy. Plenty of eateries around, adjacent to the Newport mall and close to the waterfront.
Most of the staff overall was nice and the location was solid. However, my partner and I stayed for one night after returning from vacation and the hotel was without water for that night. We weren't warned ahead of our arrival, so that we might find another place to stay instead. In addition to the water outage, I was profiled while sitting in the lobby the next morning. I came downstairs after checking out to do some work before leaving to head back home and was immediately asked if I was a guest at the ho
Newly renovated but no Executive Club / concierge lounge. Convenient location. The restaurant in the lobby was surprisingly good. Oddly there isn't a lounge and they didn't offer breakfast vouchers.
Pros - Nice location, staff were friendly, lots of walkable things to do and public transport Cons - Room smelled like old socks, bed was not very comfortable, pool looked dirty and gym equipment was a bit old. No continental breakfast. Parking was 35 dollars a day even without valet. Didn't feel like a 4 star hotel once I got past lobby.
The location was convenient as we were there for a wedding that was held across the street. The hotel is very pretty. Our room was nice but I will say it was dusty.
The Westin JCN is a good hotel with incredible views and easy accessible amenities. My stay for 3 nights was smooth and uneventful except for a few obstacles. The biggest obstacles being lack of good firm pillows that provide adequate neck support and toiletries that refuse to lather or any fragrance whatsoever. The fitness centers had sufficient equipment and a room temperature pool that had no deep ends (4ft at most). Overall: 7.5/10
The Westin Jersey City hosted the guests for my two day wedding. They did an excellent job with execution and their staff was very friendly. Karen was great to help us secure our block and Maurizio was an absolutely wonderful help for us during our stay. He helped coordinate vendors for access, move luggage around rooms, and much more. Would recommend over and over.
Great service! My room was upgraded after casually discussing my travel delays. The clerk at the front desk as well as the bartender that evening were great!
One of my favorite hotel experiences. Stephen at the front desk was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. The security guards, Will & Noah, were lovely when we lost our room keys. These employees truly enhanced my experience. I would definitely return
This hotel is beautiful and located near everything you can think of. The Westin team is also wonderful. Ben took the time to explain how to get to New York and even recommended some dinner spots. As someone who owns a business and is gone it's refreshing to be treated like family. I will be staying here every time I'm in the area. The Box Truck Collective
Overall nice hotel but they clean rooms at night meaning if you are asleep you can expect to woken up by banging, vacuum cleaners, talking as they clean the room next door, across the hallway?right now it is 1130 pm and when I called to complain I was told ?well they are working?. I have never experienced anything like this. So if you are okay with not having a good night?s sleep, then this is the place for you.
stayed on the 16th floor, and unfortunately, the room felt quite outdated. The coffee napkin appeared decayed and brown, as if it had been there for months. Additionally, the bathroom had mold, which was concerning. There was no porter service available, or we (parents with kids) were not allowed to use one. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. Bedding sheet under the bed was dirty as you can see the photo. To be fair, the lobby is spacious and clean though there is a weird smell. It felt overpriced fo
I booked the Westin?s bridal suite for my wedding weekend, expecting a smooth experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations due to poor customer service. While some logistical issues were understandable, the lack of flexibility and unhelpful attitude from the front desk staff left a lasting negative impression. Due to a water main issue, my check-in was delayed as I was reassigned to a different room. I waited patiently and was assured that both my bridal suite and a second room across the ha
Rooms were very outdated! We don't normally bring out the titanium status card but being a titanium member, we're normally accommodated for a later check out or given a suite upgrade. We didn't receive either accommodations at this hotel. They were booked that evening and we understood but they couldn't even accommodate a 30 minutes late check out which was very disappointing. It would have been nice if we were told ahead of time so we could schedule our vacation knowing we would be kicked out exactly on ti
Rooms are nice and clean. Location is good. This time the friendliness and help at the reception was very bad. Depends on the mood of the employees, I know. But if you are in a bad mood, stay home or look for another job without guest contact.
Rooms were standard but turn down service not good. Looked like they just made the bed and left everything else as is. The main reason why this hotel gets 2 stars is because I came to make a wedding proposal and had a simple request to place the flowers I ordered in the room any time after 3pm. When we arrived back to the room at 2 the flowers were already there, obviously ruining the surprise. Worse when I politely spoke to Stephen at the front desk he just stared at me like I was speaking a different lan
Always clean and friendly staff, room immensities are a little dated but it's my understanding that they are in the process of a refresh. BTW you can't beat the view!
Booked this hotel for a weekend trip and they had no running water, the front desk was incredibly rude, gave us no warning and was very dismissive and we ended up cancelling the trip altogether. Will not be returning.
We requested a high floor but were placed on the first residential floor. The room had a musty odor, like wet socks, and we found expired milk for the coffee?thankfully, we noticed before using it. The breakfast bar is very small and not included in the rate. The only positive aspect was the location, but unfortunately, the staff was unhelpful and rude.
I had a perfect stay at the hotel. The service was excellent. Would especially like to commend Shamol at the breakfast place. Would like to stay here again
Stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. Never saw housekeeping on our floor our room was super dusty. The view was nice easy access to the Path way to make your way to the city. The security guard lady walking around so rude for no reason!! Asked for a water at front desk and the lady smacked her desk gave attitude and gave me a look as she handed me the water.. like what the heck! Came all the way from California to stay here for 4 days and this is what I came to? Rude staff clearly! Never staying here a
I visited the bar after finding Fire and Oak fully booked, and I was looking forward to enjoying a nice evening. However, I was taken aback by the demeanor of the staff member who attended to us. From the moment we arrived, she seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming, which was quite surprising. When I inquired about the types of Pinot available, her response felt abrupt and dismissive. Additionally, the glass of wine I received was not up to par; it tasted stale. When I requested a replacement, I was met with a
A very impressive hotel with the most helpful staff in a hotel that I've had in a long time. Amazing views of New York City and the Hudson River. Bathroom was incredible. Bed was so comfortable It was like sleeping on a cloud. The room had everything you needed and then some for comfort. The valet service was second to none. They were extremely accommodating and precise with their time. Very friendly. Overall, if you find yourself in Jersey City, you should definitely have a stay. You won't regret it.
Jon?.called to say I would be getting in rather late please don't present issues since I'm telling u now, so u know?.I'm stuck in snow storm in buffalo at 7pm(6.5 hrs away with out snow and traffic, rudely get told your reservation expires at 2am if not here by than , you have no reservation, even though I already paid for room for 2 nights?than I get told (70 dollars to park my car for 35 hours and not move it, or 134 if I want vallet to u it for 35 hours of which I will be sleeping 16 hours), can't park f
Very good location, right across the street from the PATH (train that takes you to Manhattan) and next to lots of office buildings within Jersey. The hotel is really nice, rooms are a bit old (the AC makes a bit of a loud noise when it turns on), but overall a nice place.
Front desk service in this hotel was really bad. This guy called Stephen was rude, no greeting/smile at all, and behaved like you owe him big money. He refused to give a printed copy of the receipt and refused to split the hotel payment on two credit cards. The other front desk guy was not good either. Waited in a long line to get my bags in order to catch my flight. But when it was my turn, he went away to do something else and the first thing he said when he was finally back was that he does not handle ba
Good location. Easy accyto PATH metro to Manhattan. Nice near by piers and boardwalk. Room is roomy and clean. Self park with daily fee. Why only 4 stars? As kinda upscale hotel, it should equipped with Smart TV. Major disappointment.
Came to New York for the first time and stayed at this hotel. The first morning I left to explore I was searching for some water and I was yelled at from across the hotel asking me what I was doing. When I explained I was looking for water she told me to get downstairs. When I went to the bar the lady didn't want to give me water being complicated so I just left!! They were very rude and would recommend avoiding employees after check in.
Rooms are fine, fairly clean. My issue is with the quality of the gym. I know professional sports teams stay here and I don't understand how they haven't refreshed the gym in 6 years. Please give this some love Westin.
Very unpleasant stay. Loud construction going on all day long. Broken items in the room.
The most breathtaking views I have ever seen, especially at night looking out over the river. Room was spacious and clean, bed and pull out sofa were super comfy! The staff was friendly and always helpful. There is a pier across the street that is so peaceful and relaxing. Several restaurants nearby. We walked a block to the grocery store and bought things for our stay. We finally learned how to use the public transport which was nice because Ubers will drain your pockets! The PATH train was right across th
I stayed for a few days. My first time in Jersey City. The area near the hotel was very nice. It felt safe. The hotel was older, yet very well kept. It was more classic than old. The staff was kind, courteous, and competent.
We were upgraded to a Junior Corner Suite. Very nice. Beds are great. I slept better than I do at home. There is a great park across three on the Hudson. We have a fabulous view of the river and Manhattan. Staff are very nice. Pretty busy place.
Loved the hotel. The rooms are relatively big and definitely comfortable. The bed is fantastic, I slept so good! The area is realy great! Everything ypu could possibly need is just around the corner. Very easy and fast connection to Manhattan. I was able to walk around the area alone at night and felt safe.
Excellent hotel. Great location. Check in was easy and the front desk personnel were great. I've stayed here more than 20 times and it is never a let down. View from my 21st floor room.
We stayed at the Westin Jersey City Newport after stopping by for a preview around the Fourth of July and meeting the manager on duty. As a Platinum Elite with Marriott Bonvoy and other major chains, I often do this prior to staying at a property just to get a lay of the property and I am so glad we did this as it ended up that I needed that relationship and the information communicated during that tour. Unfortunately, our check in was not to Marriott/Westin standards and should have resulted in a $100 Eli
I don't feel like Westins are 4-star hotels anymore in comparison to what else is out there for the same price. The location of this hotel is great if you're doing things in Jersey City and the view was incredible from our room and bathroom. It smelled super strong of icky cleaning products and the surfaces didn't look clean at all. Just feel like most Westins I go to these days need to be updated desperately in order to be a 4-star hotel and justify a $500/night price tag.
This hotel is a hidden gem! I absolutely loved my stay here. My suit and giant bath tub overlooked the World Trade Center in downtown Manhattan. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I will most definitely be back.
Good hotel, albeit a bit "standard". Clean, well maintained with good rooms and comfy beds, it's a large American chain hotel, you know what to expect, but nothing more. Easy access to Manhattan from the NJ path station just a few minutes walk away, which is great!
Staff with attitude The hotel has a great location, beautiful views, but the staff?s attitude was horrible. From checkin to the next day when we called to ask for the late check out they offered at check in and the lady that answer the phone was rude and short. The same message with a nicer tone could have been delivered in both occasions, two different ladies with bad attitude.
I only gave a 4 star review because the bed/pillows weren't comfy at all. Otherwise everything else was 5 star. The room service was great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing and the pool/jacuzzi was perfect. The location is convenient to New York. My family enjoyed our stay there very much. We were upgraded to a suite that was very comfy minus the bed/pillows/pull out bed.
It's a good hotel and continues to have the loudest elevators in the US. Get ready to get your dance party fix on every time you ascend to your room
Very disappointed. Booking by phone was disaster. They told me three times that I could cancel but when I called back 15 minutes later they said I could not, even though I bought cancellation insurance. The room was paid for and I got am acknowledgement but when I checked in they told me the room was cancelled. The hotel only uses third party vendors for reservations that was problematinc with trying to reach anyone. DO NOT book by phone. read the multi-page legalize gibberish before you do.
I travel to the NYC area frequently and typically drive. Staying on the NJ side is more convenient than wrestling with the City's traffic. This is a great hotel but not as convenient to the PATH as several others I use. That said it's still relatively close and worth staying in.
The Westin was a perfect place for us to have our wedding block! We had our wedding at Battello and could not have asked for a better set up. Even though I am sure they do hundreds of room blocks a year, they made us feel like ours was the only focus during that time. Every guest was attended to properly and every guest felt important. All the requests we had as the bride and groom was done and in a timely manor. The biggest shout out goes to Maurizio, who was AMAZING!!!! I can not express enough how mu
The only good thing about this hotel is the bell hops. Front desk us terrible, rooms don't have any vanity kit..no bath robes, no water....we have to buy water bottles from a vending machine....especially after being a bonvoy platinum member, this isn't what you would expect.
Came on Valentine?s Day and they didn't have running water the whole night without any prior notice, they were no help in getting me a refund and gave me terrible customer service
I slept so well! Almost everything is at a walking distance. The beds are amazing its was clean calm and the food was great to! People that work there are really kind! There is a woman working on the breakfast she was serving things to drink i had an upset stomack and she offered me a lot of things to help me feel better i really appreciate it!
I brought my mom here for her birthday weekend. Sadly I did not have a very good experience and it definitely did not meet my expectations. When I first arrived and checked in, I was quoted a larger amount then what I had booked for. I asked why the amount was a little more than two hundred dollars over. I was told, it was just in case anything was charged to the room. (Not sure why I wasn't told prior to my stay) What if I didn't have the extra funds in my account?? After I booked this stay I found out th
I've stayed here almost monthly for work and to visit family, and eaten at Fire and Oak plenty?it's been a wild ride. This place isn't terrible, but it's definitely not worth the $500-$600 peak rates. Sometimes you can get it for $250-$300, but after my latest visit, it's a solid 1-star in my book. I've spent tens of thousands here over the years, and it's disappointing. Here's the deal: this hotel?s motto seems to be "Squeeze an extra $50 now, lose tens of thousands later." I thought it was just one powe
Rooms were okay, iron did not work, shower barely spit water out. The service was some of the worst. Man at the front desk may have never used software in his life, with two full weddings trying to check in. Breakfast buffet is store bought danishes, a pile of bananas and some cold grits for $25
Nice hotel. Went there for a birthday function. The rooms were nice. The food was ok, nothing special. The lobby etc are nice and welcoming.
The bed was hollow in the center so you were just sucked into a very uncomfortable position every night. The pillows were horrible and the AC and refrigerator were loud. Front desk were rude at check-in and offered no assistance with my bags. Valet was very nice and the restaurant was outstanding.
I stayed at the Westin Jersey City during a work trip. The location is great, although there will likely be traffic if traveling in from EWR. Rooms were pretty spacious and were clean and comfortable. Our rooms were also ready at 9:30 am the morning of arrival, which was fantastic. I did not dine on location, but did pick up a tea from the cafe in the lobby. It is pretty limited in options though. I would look forward to staying here again. (Stayed March 2024)
BEWARE OF YOUR BELONGINGS LEFT IN ROOM!!! We booked about 9-10 Rooms for our wedding guest to stay at August 3 and August 4 2024. Upon arrival we were told our vehicle cannot be parked in the parking garage. We should go to Doubletree down the street and use Their parking garage upon arrival to their parking garage. It's $150 a day to park there which I thought was ridiculous since we're already paying $1000 plus a night for the stay at the Westin hotel. So the parking attendant advised me to go park on th
Stephen is the most rude/condescending front desk staff I have ever encountered. I never write reviews nor trust them, but his attitude pushed me over. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times for business and it has generally been fairly standard. However, this time was a deal breaker. The guy wouldn't give me extra water, wouldn't give me my folio, and ignored me. When I confronted him, he said in verbatim "What are you going to do about it?" "My name is Stephen, complain to whoever you want." Wow.....
Significantly disappointed with the Westin in jersey city. After a long enjoyable July 4th in Jersey City visiting friends and family, my wife and I decided it was late and we wanted to stay the night. We called the Westin to see if they had accommodations and parking for us, they said yes. We arrived after midnight. We gave our keys to the valet and went inside. To our surprise, one cannot actually simply book a room at the front desk as you would expect from a hotel. You can go online and book a room, b
Hotel stay, customer service, and accommodations were horrible. I will never recommend this hotel. Totally disorganized. Wedding was Dec 9, 2023. Had to book a reserved room by Nov 8. I booked it Nov 4. Check in 3pm. Room not ready. Was told to get ready in the lobby bathroom and/or gym locker room. Shuttle to Hudson House left 5pm. Received a call while on shuttle bus on the way to wedding venue that my room was ready. After wedding I had to go to front desk to get my key. This was after 12 midnight. Check
I visited while on a business trip. The hotel was as easy Uber ride from the Newark Airport. Check in and out was very fast, and the staff was friendly. We ate in the restaurant and had lunch during our meeting on site. Everything was delicious.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Super friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Howevvvverrr, I found the beds to be so uncomfortable. Everything else about this location is amazing though!
Perfect for my business trip! The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was slightly dated, but they offered small amenities and a hair dryer. No microwave in the rooms, but there is one for public use on the lobby level near the elevators. They have a restaurant ($$) & a fitness center available. Perfectly located downtown so you can venture out on foot to find other food options/ activities.
The check-in staff were pleasant. The room was clean. I like that the path trains are a few blocks away to go into NYC. The only disappointment was that the shower did not produce hot water quickly. I had to run the shower for a long time. So I switched to the handheld, and it finally came out. Using the shower was a bit confusing, but I figured it out. There is the Fire and Oak restaurant attached to the hotel. It would be nice to have a bridge attached to the parking lot and have our parking tickets vali
Is the hotel nice, yes. Is it inviting from the outside, yes. Does it have a nice lobby, yes. But for a 4 star hotel I wouldn't expect paper thin walls so I could hear the room next door's TV blasting all night long. If I wanted that I would go to one of the hourly rate motels on Route 1. I also found it odd that in a room with a capacity for 4, the hotel provides only 3 sets of towels. This place sucked and was a total disappointment.
I LOVE this Beautiful Hotel !!! We had such beautiful views of New York, which is right across the Hudson River. Easy transportation to the NY with the Path Station just a block away, or you can take the Ferry, which is a few blocks away, on the Light-Rail system. Very nice Restaurants in walking distance.
I usually stay at this Jersey City Westin a couple times a year for work and have always enjoyed the location and rooms. Recently I had a little issue and Madeleine W went out of her way to help resolve my booking problem. Excellent and responsive customer service on top of a great place to stay! Thank you!
Amazing experience. Great view. Great staff. Room was in great conditions. The only person that seemed a little upset was the lady cleaning the pool area. She seemed like she wanted to go home and we were the reason holding her back. Asked for a towel and she made me feel like i was asking her for her first born. Besides that, every staff member I met ANYWHERE in the hotel treated my family and I like we were Royalty. Definitely staying here again. Beds: A+ Restaurants: A+ Pool: A+ Staff A+
Excellent location right close to a lot of corporate offices in the Jersey City area. They have a restaurant at the lobby that has decent options for breakfast. The facility has nice views, spacious rooms and top notch supplies to make it a great experience for you during your stay. There is a fitness center and Pool at the fifth floor and the Orange Theory fitness studio is a 1 min walk.
Great location, comfortable accommodations, and right near the Jersey City Marathon start!
Beautiful hotel with awesome views of the river and NYC. I was there this past weekend for a seminar. The seminar room was clean, the food was excellent and the staff was accommodating, professional and friendly. Special shout out to Lorraine at the front desk and Ben the concierge. Her customer service was greatly appreciated and Ben pointed me to some cool spots that Jersey City has to offer. I highly recommend the Westin Jersey City.
Very big spacious rooms. Good location.
This place is great. Feels like an old SPG property, and I mean that in the best possible way. All the staff made me feel like I was at home and it was a great place to be productive! A lot of hotels have forgotten or never knew what matters to a road warrior, but this place certainly hasn't.
I still cannot believe this hotel is ?Westin?. I've stayed in other Westin hotels a couple of times but this hotel shan?t be called Westin - for its awful service quality. The service was disgusting. No slippers, no toothbrush, no shaving kits. Laundry service request ignored. Reception not helpful at all. Landscape was amazing
I used the Westin hotel as my wedding room block for my January wedding. Gary and his staff were amazing. I must have sent multiple emails checking on my block and adding rooms, and everything was always answered and done quickly and promptly. Everything I requested for my room was there when I checked in. Myself, and my bridesmaids were able to all get ready in my room. They did not require you to use the hotel catering, so I ordered coffee from the hotel, and breakfast from an outside vendor. All my guest
Great hotel in a brilliant location. A lot of NFL NHL NBA teams use this hotel. International Soccer teams Argentina to name one and English premiership teams too most recently Newcastle United. Clean spacious rooms. Good views over to NYC.
This hotel gets 1 star because they nickel and dime you on wifi. It's 2023, every hotel stopped charging for this years ago. I have to decamp to a coffee shop all day to do video calls because they want $14.95 for it. It may not be an issue to many people but it thoroughly pisses me off on principle. You can get "slow" access for free if you booked directly through the hotel's website but it's insufficient for this day and age. The front desk attendants clearly have been trained on this because they blew me
Love this hotel. Staff is friendly, respectful and helpful. The location is AMAZING! Near the water, tons of restaurants and shopping mall within walking distance!
This hotel offers a breathtaking view of Manhattan from the rooms. You can enjoy the skyline night view while soaking in a giant freestanding tub. The rooms are gorgeous and immaculately clean. And I like the little bottles of essential oils that they put out in the room. That was a really nice touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As soon as we arrived, a bellhop loaded all our suitcases and paraphernalia onto a luggage cart and showed us to our room. I could go on and on, but bottom line, we had
Great place to be if you are visiting NY or NJ. I have been to their property in 2014 and 2018. Both visits were perfect. Beds are very comfy, rooms are always fresh and well equipped. Service spot on. Very helpful reception service and valet parking available. The location is next to the mall and the river/sea front is meter away. Easley accessable from highway and to Newark airport. Easy commute to manhattan. Would stay there again when ever in NJ.
Working with the Westin for our host hotel for our wedding, specifically working with Lori Lopez was a real treat! I had heard good things about the Westin and was delighted to have them be our hotel block for our wedding, but the expectations were FAR exceeded!! Lori was so accessible and lovely to work with via email. She made the process easy and fun. I felt so at ease knowing our guests would be taken care of. The weekend came and my goodness, expectations were even further exceeded. Mauricio took amaz
Was a great stay. Will stay here again. Stayed for business and it was super convenient near our offices, modern, spacious rooms and clean. Internet was good, bed was comfortable. Had free coffee machine in room, was a plus. Three things: the sheets weren't the softest, though there was air conditioner in the room and it did work it seemed to stale at a certain temp?s and was also very loud. Lastly, the water in the shower never seemed to get hot enough.
Spent 4 days here on business. Location, service are wonderful, however rooms need an update and a tad bit more cleaning. My room also had a loud air conditioner that kept waking me up as I am a light sleeper. The amenities and staff for each Cafe and restaurant are great. Highly recommend the whirlpool and pool, moon Cafe and sister business fire and oak.
One of my favorite places when I have business in the city due to its convenience of location, Starbucks nearby, wonderful suites with phenomenal views and nearby walking path along the Hudson. The non suite rooms are ok and on a few occasions the rooms definitely could have been cleaned better. Overall my experience at this property has been above average.
