I called to consult for some legal questions and I was connected to a worker who sounded very unprofessional despite being a legal firm. My concerns are not with the unprofessional response I recieved rather, with my questions not being answered. I would not recommend doing business with this firm based on my experience. I want to update my experience with TODEC. 5 years ago I start the process of Citizenship they give me the information I need and I star with getting everything in order, was not easy you have to have Taxes, Green Card other documents in order . Finally at the end of last yarr they help me to fill the Citizenship Application And got my interview 10 of April 2024. Now I am a US Citizen and I want to thank TODEC for their professional service, information, and staff that care and help. I'm very thankful for

Great service specially right now with the pandemic going. They're doing everything outside, they got gloves and masks on, the also have hand sanitizer for the people, they got chairs and a tent so people can wait everything while keeping social distance. The do no have a public restroom so be prepared. Overall is a good place to go.

They are too busy, I wanted to create a case with them but after talking to a lawyer there hasn't been any contact ever since :/ (I also gave them my email) I do see the authenticity of this place and there's much to speak for it, but for some reason, maybe a random occurrence, ever since todec, I seem to now get a lot of spam calls for ads or voice phishing.... please note it could just be a unrelated occurrence! I'm just skeptical there.

A very helpful place! The place to go for any questions about immigration. They offer English classes and have the Mexican consulate go there quite often. It's difficult to get an appointment though but that's only because so many people go there! A true jewel to the community of Perris

Friendly stuff. They helped renewing my DACA at no cost, it took a bit longer to receive a response but everything worked perfectly fine at the end. I'm so glad this place exists that helps the community. They're a nonprofit organization, they take donations.

Came in for my Mexican passport and in about 30-45 minutes, I had it in my hand. Prices varied between 3yr/$96, 6yr/$126, and 10yr/$180(?)

Small lace but young employees make the line go fast and keep it organized. You can get help with passport services. Parking is behind building.

Some of the staff makes it look like if you?re wasting their time by asking questions and they get upset. Don?t even bother to go when they have the Mexican consulate either, they are not organized nor well informed when you need to get the information. I had heard bad things years prior from friends, then a family member said they messed up their paper work for their citizenship, I still had my doubts but you don?t believe until you live the experience.

Always friendly team well knowledge of their job and the questions are always awnser. Is been a good place to get help and the support filing up paper work or legal documents excelente. Thank you
