I am a realtor working on the listing side of this property that TPI is funding. I have to say this is been one of the worst lenders I have ever worked with. No communication, missing deadlines, not returning emails, the list goes on and on. The times that I have called to ask about the loan. The person in charge acts like it's new every time I talk to him. He has to look it up and says he will call me back but he never does. I don't know how they get any business but they will not get any further from me.

I was happy at the time of filing and then BOOM ??. Received a letter from VA tax. When asked TPI about the letter, no response for a couple of weeks. And then a gentleman showed up saying, I wasn?t owed anything at the time of filing, VA later assessed my bill. But when I called back the VA tax, they said I owed them from the time of filing. There was never any assessment done on my case. Who to blame???? I am very sure. Thanks

Never ever again doing taxes with this company. I sent multiple emails regarding taxes and even left messages with the secretary and nothing. She couldn?t return my phone calls and when I went there, they didn?t have my paperwork that was sent through email. They made new copies and promised to have the taxes nearly finished but they didn?t come through yet the secretary couldn?t even call to follow up. I took my taxes to be done somewhere else, frustrating experience. Never doing business with them again.

Staff are all very professional, knowledgeable and courdios in what they do in their field. Especially, Mr. George Turner who was my accountant and last I talked to him was just this past Friday by phone and his sudden death this past Monday Dec10, 2018. This is great loss to TPI, Inc. and the community as whole. He'll be missed.

Horrible customer service. There communication is a 1/10 tried to talk to the owner and was told he had to may clients and didn't want to bother with me. By him on he phone! They lied to us made excuse after excuse we were doing a quick sale buy on a house and had to just deal with it or lose the house. They made promises to fix the final paperwork waited till 30 mins of the last meeting to send the last of the paperwork as we are sitting down with lawyers and they fixed nothing. Wasted my time there. I met the CEO Morteza Ghalambor there to discuss my tax issues. He asked me to send over my tax information and they will proceed my request and complete in one week. I send information over in same day. Then disconnected with those guys completely... If you cannot do it, at least let me know ahead, I just wasted one week with this company. Now I have to looking for others to complete my need.

Don?t waste your time here, they have absolutely no respect for the client. They made a mistake on filling my tax and I got late payment penalty because of that. when I contacted the woman who did my taxes, she said everything is fine on their files. I talked to the tax officer and found out what is the problem. After that they did not answer any of my calls or emails.
