We canceled our policy because the new rates were significantly lower than what we were paying and we are now receiving twice the coverage! I sent This email (below) out of frustration because our agent (Rodney Thompson) would not cooperate with our request to cancel. I originally emailed him requesting to cancel the policy and he stated it needed to be in writing. I also called to cancel but that wasn't acceptable either. He said we could not back date our cancellation which turned out to be not true so
