Very disappointing. Team seemed strong and very personable. Rates are reasonable, BUT, they will not have discussions verbally without you having to pay additional to schedule time and discuss via phone. They also made an error on my return and when inquiring, laid out in detail via email?.but would not have phone conversation (to ensure I understood why the error) unless I paid the hourly rate for the phone call. Again, very disappointing and I do not recommend.

They made filing taxes very easy and have been very willing to answer all my questions (related to being a new business and tax related issues) in a helpful, friendly and accommodating way. Unprofessional, and terrible customer service, with ridiculous pricing for their mediocre services! Your response to this review is untrue! I would not believe anything they wrote. I decided to leave your company, the day, I had an appointment, and waited 1 hour, along with the unprofessional services! The icing on the cake was getting a bill for over $1000.00,! I then found a wonderful tax preparer! So long!!!

Terrific personal level of service and value for the money. I have had experience using large accounting firms like Ernst & Young over the years, and TriStar has been worlds better. Charged almost three times as much as previous years, without even so much as a courtesy call during all this.
