I went here as a child and never had an ill memory ? moved away for many years. Came back to be established again years later & it feels the same..but better!. Amazing and experienced staff with a very comfy environment. Overall so glad to be back. 10/10 pick Twain Harte.

The staff at Twain Harte family dental is excellent at being timely, reminding me of my appointments, keeping a very tidy facility, and maintaining professionalism at all times. They are efficient and skilled, and I am very happy with how well they help maintain healthy teeth.

My appointment for a replacement filling at Twain Harte Family Dental Care went perfectly as scheduled and took way less than the promised hour. More like a half-hour. And what's more, there was absolutely no pain afterwards. Healed right up and now two days later, I can't even feel where the filling was. Not even any sensitivity around the gum line that I was warned could be expected. More than pleased with the outcome after all the worry and anticipation on my part.

The receptionist, and the Dentist were not very friendly, I had never been there before, I felt like I was not wanted. He took 2 x rays gave me a bill, with no explanation, and I was out the door. I went to a different dentist and waved $1,200, and he and his staff were much friendlier!

Years ago when Dr. Morrison DDS retired from practice I switched to Twain Harte Dentistry. I have always had the best care here. My hygienist, Sonny, is friendly and professional. She has given me valuable tips on cleaning and whitening. Front desk is very efficient and everything is clean. So far, I have only needed teeth cleaning , but I am confident I'll get good care when I need the dentist.

The office was a great balance of professionalism and friendliness. They were efficient, informative and I didn't feel like I was being upsold on the care of my teeth. This post is for the one receptionist named Megan that was not only incredibly insolent to myself not one once, not twice, but three times. (let me make that clear) everyone else including the other receptionist is very friendly but she made me feel lower than scum all three times I interacted with her each time got worse. This place is nothing but amazing from the moment you walk through the door!!! I have been to a few different dental offices in the past none which have been nice but not meeting the caliber of excellence received here. Unfortunately my teeth have some issues and have needed some specific work. My Dentist is Dr. Korando he is very profesional he explained all the treatment benefits, alternatives and risks. Didn't feel any discomfort, the assistant was very pleasant and the rest the of the staff work with my schedule. Sunny the dental hygienist took her time and effort between the scaling and even that a simple water spraying will not Make Me Feel pain. Twain Harte Dental is truly the best! I had a painful accident with a dog where teeth were knocked out and others had to be pulled from the damage. The dentist office fit me right in and were so kind and compassionate towards me. Dr. Grossman. Miss Darcy, and the receptionist are all incredibly skilled at what they do. The entire staff at Twain Harte Family Dental do an amazing job and really make a difference in people's health and lives. This practice is a needed and valuable part of our community.

The location was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking. They were very good with my husband and mother as well. I don't like changing doctors but this change has been very pleasant. The office staff is very friendly, efficient and very accommodating to my schedule. The staff has managed to work out the usual kinks offices have and created a smooth running operation.The equipment is state-of-the-art and my dentist is very compassionate, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. My experience couldn't have been better except the weather was too hot to drive over to the Twain Harte Pharmacy, a favorite shopping venue.

Greed. Greed. Twain Harte Family Dental Care is more concerned about collecting money for their overpriced dental care than about quality dental & medical care. $400+ for a cleaning ??!!? Really ??? Are you Fu#king kidding me. Not to mention the phone call from them telling me that they would do any further dental care until my balance was paid All At Once and in full. Really. I guess paying them $500, $600, $700+ a month or more isn't enough. Beware and check your charges should you patronize these people.

I am visiting Twain Harte and lost a crown. TH Family Dentistry was able to see me that morning. I was very pleased with my appointment. The office staff and Dental Asst. were very helpful and Dr. Korando was great in explaining everything to me and treating my tooth. Thank you.

This dentist office is professional and kniw what they are looking at. I had cancer in my mouth and they know exactly what needs to be done. Everyone was very welcoming and the dental assistant and Dr. Korando were very thorough and knew exactly what some of my issues were.

They are always incredibly friendly, nonjudgmental, thorough, and skilled. I've never had a procedure pushed on me that I either didn't want, or was unnecessary. They are always very truthful in their assessment of my dental health and suggestions in how to improve my teeth so I WON'T need their services.

We were on vacation from West Marin when my partner developed pretty nasty tooth abscess and was in substantial pain. I called the office at 10 am on 7/20 and they saw us at 10:30 am. Windows looking out onto the golf course across the street (beautiful). They called me the day before my appointment to let me know about road work in the area. I have been a long time patient of Dr. McKelvey, DDS and have had excellent experience with the entire practice. Lisa is the hygienist that cleans my teeth and has done so for several years. I repeatedly asked to NOT have xrays, as I did NOT want to have unnecessary procedures. But, I was required to have a panoramic xray as well as numerous bite wings for my new patient portfolio, with a resulting bill of $600. All of my results were fine....no abnormalities, an easy cleaning, but a bill of $600...yikes!

Love this dental office! Very professional, very timely and very friendly. Really make you feel welcome. Most of all great quality of dentistry and value for money. I first went to this dentist because I wasn't sure where to go. We had just moved and I had a broken filling. Was concerned I would ruin the tooth. I just wanted to get it fixed. Dr Korando was fantastic in fixing the tooth and another that also broke (old fillings). Very happy with the results and will declare Dr Korando my dentist.
