I have 4 different IRA Administators, but uDirect is the easiest to deal with. Their people are great (especially Derexa, who deals with account transfers) because they make things as easy as possible. Their online system also makes it easier to transact business as opposed to having to manually fill out forms for everything. Everything can't be done online, but many things can.

Poor Experience so far. I requested a check to be sent to me to fund a deal. They charged me a $15 fee for "processing" the check, which never came. I waited 3 weeks and they said it should have arrived within 7-10 days I nearly lost out on my real estate deal because of their error. So I called back and requested them to send a wire instead. They charged me a $50 check stop fee. So I paid $65 for no money to be sent to me. They refused to take ownership of their mistake and blamed it on the US Postal

I received an E-MAIL to pay for my account for the next year. The next day I closed my account and requested a refund since I did not plan on using their services. uDirect refunded my $$$ once I contacted them and explained my situation.
