Here's why: No Questions Asked? No Deductions Offered? The first red flag was Claudia diving right into my taxes without asking any questions about my income, situation, or potential deductions. She didn't even offer any suggestions to maximize my return! First-Time Homebuyer Confusion: I specifically mentioned being a first-time
