Mr Foster is a polite individual but is not on task as my taxes took 3 months, he had a hard time remembering were he was with my taxes and asked me about his job. Did not communicate price very well and I still had to mail everything out. For his high cost I should not have had to do anything but sign and pay.

Mr. Foster is very nice and easy to talk to. But he is terribly hard to get ahold of. He just doesn't return calls. Although I brought my tax information in on time, I ended up filing late because I couldn't get ahold of him and then he temporarily lost my records. I appreciate his hard work but do not like being left out in the cold as to when my taxes will be completed. I can't use him again and I'm sorry.

Phillip has been a huge help and a blessing. He has helped me walk through back taxes for my mother in law that never got filed while she was in skilled nursing with dementia. We found Phillip through Dave Ramsey and we didn?t like that we had to pay a consultation fee so it would have been a better experience for us to have a free consultation to ensure the CPA we choose is a good fit for us. I contacted Mr Foster on Thursday, met with him on Friday and he had my taxes completed and filed in time to meet Monday's filing deadline. I have to wonder if the folks giving low ratings even went to the same guy, because Phillip has always been polite, helpful, diligent, careful, and thorough for us, often unexpectedly so. Phillip is really expensive for simple tax work. I was not overly impressed with my tax return because I paid so much for his service (over $200 as a single, college aged male) and could have gotten a similar result with TurboTax.
