I had a really good experience working with the on-site manager Richard. He was very attentive and gets things done. However when we moved out, they charged $900 for cleaning. $940 for patching and painting. And some other miscellaneous fees. Insane - doesn't make any sense. Our cleaning lady charged us $100 for the entire house. Expect the worst when you move out
