Very good service, really like the convenience of the online access. Have no complaints, but we stopped using the service because we had paused using our LLC, so we didn't have any use for the service anymore. While we needed it, it was top notch!

Scheduled a consultation appointment online and they completely ignored me. I got the automatic email and text that my meeting was going to start soon yet they never called me. I schedule a second consultation and actually got a call, but the "tax consultant" lady is so bad at using the phone that she muted me within the first 3 minutes of the call and didn't realize it. This company OVER-promised and UNDER-delivered. Their "tech platform" doesn't work!! They say they have their own accounting system.... and get you off of Quickbooks. Vyde is not a great accountant. Their customer service is abysmal, it seems like they're either taking on too many customers and can't handle the volume, or maybe they just don't care. In either case, I would not recommend them to anyone. I'm a current customer, so I speak from experience.

My account manager keeps all of my company information updated constantly and makes me aware of any items that need clarity from our end. This gives our company a great sense of security knowing that the financial records are totally in order and there will be no scrambling at the end of the quarter or year. Vyde.io is a spam factory. I never signed up, never gave permission, yet they keep bombarding me with marketing emails. Unsubscribing does nothing. Shady, unethical, and a complete disregard for privacy. Avoid at all costs.

This company is scams. They give a lot of promises, charging money for "services", but results are zero. Stay away from them if you don't want to lose your money.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This company is awful. They made significant errors on our taxes (including submitting a return without our signature, filing our income incorrectly, and more), are a nightmare to reach, hire inexperienced tax advisors, and have poor communication. I established my LLC in February 2024 but didn?t officially launch by business until June 2024. Since then, overall service has been good. I?ve had one call with my Tax Accountant which was very helpful. However, the one concern I had and still have is the support and response time of ?my guide?. In my experience, the communication has been very poor. I am dealing with an ongoing issue caused by Vyde's failure to submit the correct documents, which they were provided. Do not give these people your money. The cost for membership went up but for two years in a row my taxes were not done unless I hound them. My taxes for this year still have not been done and my accountant and management refuses to speak with me on the phone. My taxes weren?t done and the accountant somehow can respond to my emails but can?t speak with me on the phone until a week from now. I was told management will call me back but that never occurs. Overall a good experience, their portal is easy to use. Scheduling appointments is a bit tricky because you may not get a fast appointment and you do have to make sure you also keep up with deadlines, they?re not going to personally call you to remind you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Gave them several chances over 2 years to get over the problems they were having. I was with them for over 6 years. They were good in the beginning, but now they don't do anything. My books haven't been updated since February, but I paid for every month. Taxes were not completed correctly or in a timely manner. Alright, I'm leaving a review because I was confused by how many 5 star reviews they had, and how many 1 star reviews they had. I'm hoping to be inbetween. At the time of writing this it was $180/month which is quite a bit lower than most places. You get what you pay for. Their system wouldn't sync with my banks, which caused the bookkeeping to be totally off. Communicating is super hard with them. I'm going somewhere else...I'm paying double what I was paying, but it's just not worth it for that quality.

Vyde, used to be called Mazuma, is no longer a company I want to work with. My taxes were not completed by the deadline and when I asked about it, they let me know that they file an extension so I am fine. It is now July 28, 2024 and I have not received any sort of update nor do I have an estimated date to when they will be completed.

Been with Vyde for several years. They are inexpensive but they are awful. this year out CPA was extremely slow and unresponsive most of the time. He had us owing 6K. We brought our concerns to him, he was arrogant and said he was confident in the preparation. Turns out we were owed a 1,000.00 refund, a 7k swing! They dont do tasks until the last minute, and if they need more information, they'll let you know right when its due and then you need an extension. The accountant didn't respond to my emails and in the call forgot to advise to pay state tax; when I called it out, he gave me a number but then forgot to specify that i also need to pay city tax. Im glad I know what I'm doing to some extent or else they'd have me in huge trouble. Unfortunately, I can't trust this team and am leaving.

I have had a great experience with Mazuma. They are very responsive anytime I have had to give them a call. The only "issue" that I've had with the service is that when tax season comes their system sends you messages to make sure you've submitted all your documents. I received emails for months asking me to submit documents that I had already submitted. This stalled my taxes for 30+ days. Eventually it got resolved.
