They were late in preparing my returns, failed to communicate their progress effectively, and made numerous errors that I had to catch and correct. Megan Oeltjenbruns and Ameen Salaous are the reasons I stay with WCG. Tax optimization often comes at the cost of additional complexity for small "one man" shops like mine (S-Corp payroll, PTET/SALT workaround payments, accountable plans, etc.) However, the thing I find most valuable about working with WCG is that they do have a well-oiled, remote-centric client service process and you just have to learn the process and follow it.
