When I changed tax CPAs Don Kostka asked for several years of previous filings. His forensic work found two errors made by the previous CPA. We submitted two corrected 1040s to the IRS and I asked the previous CPA to refund whatever part of his fee he though was appropriate under the circumstances. Said CPA refunded 100% of his last fee, and the IRS gave me a rebate. Since then I've found Kostka Taylor to be responsive, engaged, and easy to work with.
