Amazing cashiers are always fast and friendly cheap things to buy here fresh bread
This store is awesome, thank you for supporting a day without Mexicans for closing today February 3rd, 2025, you will have more Mexicans buying and be blessed??
This store has a really great meat department. The sales, specials and service is very customer oriented. The vegetables are also a great deal. Love shopping here. ????
This is an older, smaller hometown market. The meat department is good and pretty well stocked. Their produce section is small, but reasonably priced. There is a good variety of Mexican products. They have good specials. It does tend to get crowded around 5pm. Overall, it's good for those quick needs when you don't want to drive to Atwater.
This place is ok. You can find some good deals sometimes. I don't like that the meat department skips you up. Was there this morning and waited to get some meat the lady who was behind the counter was helping another customer who was there first but when she finished she just went and helped people who came after me. I know she saw me waiting and I was there long before anyone else came along. I don't know if it's because I am not spanish speaking. I really hated that and will be going else where.
Good customer service a bit over priced. Kind of have to make sure the prices are right. Had a guy try and charge me 5.99 for something that was 2.99. So just double check the prices when picking your groceries. Great fresh meat and for the most part veggies.
Great place to shop . I shop here 5 times a week.
It's okay I'm giving a 4-star a little bit more I think that really deserves but the store is really clean overall that's not a Walmart or Target like a big chain store it's a little mom and pop store it is a Spanish store the employees there are more comfortable with Spanish customer then white customer I don't care I don't shop there enough to worry about it but they do have great hamburger their meat is excellent you just got to watch them closely sometimes not that they're dishonest or anything cuz they
Disappointed that no disinfectant wipes were provided to wipe down the grocery carts when you walk in. Some stores have a dedicated person making sure carts are wiped down in most of the grocery shops I go to but not this one. I confirmed with cashier that they do not have disinfectant wipes in the entrance of store. The cashier also does not wipe down the debit ebt machine which the cashier advised was not something they do when I asked . If you decide to go here, be prepared to bring your disinfectant w
This place is always crowded there is always a line. The produce is not great but they do have everything in the meat department. It's a small store and one person can go down isles . Unless you cook Mexican food I wouldn't shop here. They have one good thing on sale a week with a coupon. That's about it.
First time ever at the store and it was really nice and the people there were very nice it's a smaller portion of a grocery store but it's got all kinds of stuff that you will need as far as groceries vegetables milk products and more I would go there again
I have been buying barbacoa there for several yrs. I bought 4 lbs to make tacos on father's day. I thre it in the crock pot with all the fixings. Come to find out that there was tri tip mixed in it. It tasted different and had a roast beef texture. I took it back to show the manager. They made me go to the bank for my acct statement since I couldn't find the receipt. I did all this and they still insisted that they gave me cow cheek and wouldn't listen to my valid complaint. Never going back there again.
The lady at the meat area cross contaminated my food. She grabbed pork with gloves then with the same gloves grabbed chicken without changing them ,or dubble bagging the meat ,an the lady was help A rude. She gave me losts of attitude when I asked for a napkin to grab the slimey bag
It's a great place to shop. I give it four stars because the prices are high. But in this area you might have to go to a few stores to find everything you need.
Love it but only 3 check out lines. Don't know where they get there meat from but it is the best.
Really enjoy the good varieties of meat. The butcher very nice to cut to your request the kind of meat you want.
I love this store a couple of times I didn't have all the money to pay my groceries an one cashier helped me pay 3.00 and another one paid me 6.99 they have people that always help u if needed
You can pay PG&E free and they have good fresh meat, also have special coupons in the sale paper each week.

Look for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, which ensures they’ve passed rigorous exams and meet state requirements. Check for relevant experience in your industry, additional certifications like CFA or CMA, and membership in professional organizations like the AICPA. Verify their credentials through state licensing boards.
Use online directories like the AICPA, CPAverify, or state CPA societies. Search platforms like Yelp or Google for local CPAs with reviews. Ask for referrals from business associates, friends, or financial advisors. Local chambers of commerce can also provide recommendations.
A CPA is a licensed professional who has passed the CPA exam and met state requirements for education and experience. An accountant may lack this certification and could have varying levels of expertise. For complex tasks like tax audits or financial reporting, a CPA is typically more qualified.
Ask about their experience with your specific financial needs, such as tax preparation, small business accounting, or estate planning. Review their website or LinkedIn for case studies or client testimonials. Inquire about their client base to ensure they handle similar financial situations.
Yes, reviews provide insight into a CPA’s reliability, communication, and performance. Check platforms like Google, Yelp, or the Better Business Bureau for client feedback. Look for patterns in reviews, but verify their authenticity, as some may be biased or outdated.
Visit your state’s Board of Accountancy website or use CPAverify.org to check a CPA’s license status. Confirm their license is active and check for any disciplinary actions or complaints. This ensures they’re in good standing and meet professional standards.
Ask about their experience with your financial needs, fee structure, availability, and communication style. Inquire how they handle tax filings, audits, or financial planning. Ask for references or examples of similar work to assess their expertise and fit.
Fees vary based on location, services, and complexity. Basic tax preparation may cost $150-$500, while business accounting or audits can range from $1,000 to $10,000+. Request a detailed fee structure upfront and compare quotes from multiple CPAs.
Yes, many CPAs offer remote services through secure online platforms for document sharing and virtual consultations. Ensure they use encrypted tools for data security. Remote CPAs can be effective if they understand your local tax laws or business regulations.
During consultations, evaluate their ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. Ask sample questions about taxes or financial strategies and note their responsiveness and clarity. Good communication ensures you understand their advice and fosters a productive relationship.
Beware of CPAs who guarantee specific tax refunds, lack a valid license, or have disciplinary actions on record. Avoid those with poor communication, vague fee structures, or negative reviews highlighting unethical behavior. Always verify their credentials independently.
Large firms offer more resources and specialized teams but may charge higher fees. Solo practitioners often provide personalized service and lower costs but may have limited availability. Choose based on your needs, budget, and preference for personalized attention.
For individuals, annual meetings for tax preparation may suffice. Businesses may need quarterly or monthly check-ins for bookkeeping, tax planning, or financial reporting. Discuss your needs upfront to establish a meeting schedule that aligns with your financial goals.
Yes, many CPAs handle both, but confirm their expertise in both areas. Ask about their experience managing personal taxes and business accounting simultaneously. Ensure they can balance both without compromising attention to your specific financial needs.
Discuss concerns directly with your CPA to resolve issues. If unresolved, check your contract for termination terms. Seek a new CPA by researching reviews, credentials, and referrals. Request your financial records to ensure a smooth transition to a new professional.
