Tried to reach them unsuccessfully for two weeks. Nobody returns calls/emails. Finally got the lady who answers phone and they?re not taking on new customers. Update to response. I did in fact leave a voicemail. You also didn?t address the email I sent two weeks ago. Who?s being untruthful? I?m the owner of a local business and wasn?t looking for personal tax prep services. Very unprofessional to bend the facts.
