This is mine and my partner?s second year coming here for our taxes, everyone is so nice and attentive. Manfred always explains what you're gonna get and why in detail, always makes sure my daughter has something to do so she won't get bored! They give you an appointment asap(I'm talking about next day!) they also accept walk ins and the wait time is very short. I usually get my tax return in two weeks or less. Will be back next year!????

Had a friend refer me to this location, and it was the best decision I made for filing taxes. Manfred was very helpful and informative when it came to breaking everything down for me and was patient with my child. He provided a castle tent to play and a coloring page to keep her distracted. Worst place ever. I called for pricing on marriage license. Got told it would be $85 And some older lady with glasses I'm thinking she's the owner tried to charge me $150. She argued with me when I told her they had told me $85 And she started telling me she was wasting her time on me. So unprofessional! Maybe next time train your staff better so your costumers don't waste time going here!

Worst place ever! Got married here they misspelled my husbands name on the marriage certificate and refuse to help fix it went in before the year and the lady said ? oh you have to fix it? didn't say where or how just said ?you have to fix it? called to ask where I needed to send it and they left me hanging called back and no answer ! They don't pay attention to what they do and then refuse to help!

If your looking into getting a live scan. This is the WORSE place to get it done at. I got mine For the California department of social services and they never received my paperwork. All this place did was take my money and now they are telling me they dont have anything on record when i clearly saw them write my information down.

Worst experience ever dont go to this place.. Me and my wife got married here in November of 2016.. It is now june 2017 and we haven't reive our marrige certificate.. We should have gotten it with in a month its been 7 and nothing we have gone to let them know and they just tell us the same thing " will send it again"
