Avoid at all costs. Interesting that it says Tax and Business solutions now but when we first acquired their services it was ?immigration,? Isabel is a fraud. She will avoid you for the longest when you are asking about your case and then give you some life sob story about herself so you feel bad once you do get a hold of her. She clearly isn?t qualified because she?s been allegedly submitting the same paperwork for years. She once said she submitted it to the wrong place.. how? Not sure. Now she?s refusing

Helpful at first when it came to initiating my LLC, but when it came to this tax season none at all! To this day I?m still waiting on a call back for my business taxes. I prepared everything I was asked for, turned it in and never hear a thing from them. Obviously I have found a better more reasonable/ reliable service.

Alonzo is the best! He was extremely helpful and friendly. He made sure to walk me through the entire process of filing my taxes and answered every question I had. I will definitely be back every year!

They dont honor referrals! Someone referred me here and they didnt want to give me the price for what my friend had said. I had an apt and I ended up waiting an hour because only 1 person was there! There were 2 people there before me and we all had to wait.
